Every ranch is fully isolated at the database level using row-level security. No other ranch — or logged-in user outside your team — can read or write your records.
Photos, videos, and documents are stored in a private object store. Public share links are opt-in per animal and use unguessable tokens; you can revoke them at any time.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with automated daily backups.
You can export your ranch's animals and records at any time, and request full deletion by emailing carey@careyworks.com.
